Review: THEY DIDN'T DELIVER MY ORDER AND I DON'T THINK THEY INTEND TO. They also don't answer any emails. They have false advertising on their website saying that their customer service beyond great. Frankly, I think it is beyond [redacted] I was supposed to receive my order days ago and still haven't received anything and after emailing them they haven't responded. After reading several reviews of this company I know now that they probably don't intend to deliver my order. INSTEAD THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY ORDER DELIVERED EXACTLY AS I ORDERED IT AND I NEEDED IT DAYS AGO! IF THEY DON'T WANT TO SEND IT TO ME BECAUSE THEY ARE A [redacted] OF A BUSINESS THEN I WANT A FULL REFUND!

Review: I placed an order to Beauty Rose on their website on June [redacted]. I received an email confirmation for the order. They advised the order ships within 24-48 hours. I attempted to contact the company to obtain a status for my order and realized they do not provide telephonic contact information for their company. I subsequently sent 4 emails to them requesting an update on the status of my order on June [redacted] and [redacted]. On June [redacted] I submitted a request that they cancel my order. I then received an email advising the item ordered was on back order. I again advised I wanted my order canceled. I finally received an email confirmation from them on June [redacted] confirming the order had been canceled. I had no further contact with this company. I found the product I needed from another vendor. On July [redacted] this company made an unauthorized debit to my account in the amount of $75.00. I sent them 3 emails between July [redacted] and July [redacted] demanding they reverse this charge and immediately credit my account. I did NOT receive a response to my request. I have also requested they delete any and all information they have in their system for me including but not limited to my financial information since they clearly violated their duty in this regard.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to refund / credit my bank account for the amount of their unauthorized debit. If I incur any costs as a result of this gross misconduct I will expect them to reimburse me for any and all fees. I would also like ALL of my information to be PERMANENTLY DELTED FROM THEIR SYSTEM. This company does not seem to operate within the guidelines of good and ethical business practices and they do not respond to inquiries.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Beautyrose.com has been resolved. The money debited from my account was credited back However I never received a response from the company directly appologizing for their error which caused financial hardship to me. I would not do business with this company in the future. Very unprofessional.
