Beauty's Truly Yours Hair Salon

Review: I wish to file a complaint against against [redacted] the [redacted] of Beauty Truly Yours Salon. On 5/**/15 at 12pm I walked into [redacted]'s salon, she put a black rinse in my hair to cover up the gray. She left me under the dryer for approximately 2hrs. She made me a hair line where I did not have hair. I looked like someone took a black magic marker and colored in a hair line where I did not have hair. You could not see my scalp; my scalp was black. My head of hair looked like she placed tar on my head and scalp. I was in this hair salon from 12pm until 4pm. She was doing three people hair at the same time. I even asked her why was I under the dryer so long. I was not pleased with the way my hair looked. She stated to me that alcohol would take excess dye off the sides of my face. I waited for my daughter to pick me up outside. Everyone laughed at my hair and said that I shouldn't of paid her for that aweful hair job. I went home and applied alcohol to all areas to remove the rinse color, it didnt work. I went back up to [redacted]'s salon. I calmly spoke to her(at this point in time). I expressed again how I was not pleased with my hair. She never gave me eye contact. I saw her laugh. I started to get upset. She stated that nothing was wrong with my hair and that I had problems before I came here. She laughed again. I took this as an insult. 12 years ago I had a [redacted] problem and I felt like she was bringing up my past. I asked her`so you bringing up my past and that everyone has a past. I told her that I was calling the police . She brung up my past infront of a room full of people,not professional; not exceptable. I waited for the police outside, they talked to her she told the police that I told her alcohol would take it out and that I cursed her out. I was hurt because she laughed and would not reason with me and also humiliated me infront of people. I obtained my police report 5/**/15. On that report states that I would see her in the streets, which was not true.Desired Settlement: I wish to be reimbursed of my money which was $85.
