Review: I received a [redacted] Massage Package gift certificate from this proprietor as a bridal shower gift from my younger cousins who are in college and worked very hard to save up their money to pay for it. I made an appointment for the service and she closed down before I could get in for my appointment and didn't even bother to tell me that she was closing when she scheduled the appointment. I got to the address the day of my appointment only to discover the shop name had changed and they had no record of any appointment. Very disappointing and embarrassing as that was supposed to be my first real treatment before my wedding day. I emailed at [redacted] and she never responded.Desired Settlement: Please find a way to honor the certificate or refund me the face value.
