Ms. [redacted] will not be evicted, and this erroneous notice will not be a part of her rental history, nor will it ever have any effect on her credit report.I have personally reached out to Ms. [redacted] and scheduled a telephone call for 12/17/2015 so that we can discuss her other concerns. It is my hope that we can talk through these issues and that I can convince her that this was an honest mistake that came about as a result of a change in personnel, and that she will accept our sincere apology for this mistake.
