Ms [redacted] is correct in her claim that we mistakenly sent her a day notice of termination of her leaseWe are embarrassed that this occurred, and have taken action to ensure that such a mistake can not happen againThe five day notice has been cancelled, and will not be sent to our legal representatives for any further actionWe have reviewed Ms [redacted] payment ledger, and made the appropriate adjustment to ensure that there is no longer a balance due reflected on her accountMs [redacted] will not be evicted, and this erroneous notice will not be a part of her rental history, nor will it ever have any effect on her credit report.I have personally reached out to Ms [redacted] and scheduled a telephone call for 12/17/so that we can discuss her other concernsIt is my hope that we can talk through these issues and that I can convince her that this was an honest mistake that came about as a result of a change in personnel, and that she will accept our sincere apology for this mistake
