Unauthorized billing of senior citizen for magazine subscriptions after several attempts to cease and desist This company continues to renew subscriptions to magazines to my Chase account, even after contacts have been made in the past for refunds and request to cease and desist all further contact I am again charged on 10/17/$ for (Large Print Reader's Digest, Prevention, Family Circle I have contacted my credit card company for dispute of the charges, refund and to block this biller I contacted USA Reads directly at XXX-XXX-XXXX and spoke to Jeffrey who assured my I would be refunded for any part of the subscription that is refundable and no further charges would be made Considering the history I and others have with these services, I find it a bit unlikely I am lodging this complaint to have it on record that this company continues to take advantage of senior citizens who are ill equipped to seek restitution for the charges being made to their accounts

We received charges on our Checking account that we did not recognize One on 07/16/2016, and one on 09/15/ I called the number listed with the transaction 855-455-and asked them about it The first one in July was for Magazines we do subscribe to so my thought maybe she got a call and renewed them But now we are getting notices that the magazines are expiring and supposedly they gave us a yr subscription The 2nd on in Septwas for magazines we never ordered and are not receiving I asked for a refund on both of them The one in July they said is over days and they cannot refunded (but we don't think they ever processed the subscription since we are still getting renewal notices) The other one they said they are refunding but we still have not seen any refund!
