I went to Advanced Pain Management on N Spring Street in August 2015 which is a different building ran by Beaver Dam community hospital and [redacted] called me a "[redacted]" because I didn't have health insurance and doesn't believe in writing out pain medication and wants to do costly medical surgeries on his patients. Well FYI surgeries usually only end up with more surgeries and extremely costly medical bills and stress associated with the surgery. Im filing a complaint with the DSPS
