Great to deal with

About years ago I went into Friendly Ford after doing research on which dealership had a good rating with customersI ended up purchasing a used Nissan Altima from them for a very good price for a vehicle that was in very good condition
Every year they call me up to ask how my satisfaction is with the vehicle they sold me and if there is anything going onThe only things I have had to work on the car is basic upkeepThe staff worked with me there in a very positive manner, and I just wanted to pay back the good experience I have had by writing a positive review for this companyI recommend Friendly Ford to those out there looking to get a vehicle nowI didn't even buy a Ford from them and I still got great service

I took my son's Escape in for an oil changeThe strange thing is a couple days after we got it home we noticed it was leaking oilWe called to ask them why and what they thoughtAfter jumping through hoops to get an answer, we had to take it back inThey looked it over and initially through it was simple and might cost less than $bu that was the initial review...I was shockedBut it got worse...After further inspection they realized oil was leaking from 2-places...And the price got even steeper...They fixed and I paid, but I think I got ripped offThis vehicle had no leaks before we took it in for a simple oil changeI probably can't prove they caused it, but I sure don't trust themMy guess is the service guys are commission basedWill be doing business elsewhere in the future

I would like to communicate the poor and unprofessional service experienced in trying to schedule my vehicle for service, in hopes that I can save others the headache of dealing with this incompetent service center.

Wife's A/C on 2010 Mariner had become ineffective - likely a small leak or simple recharging required. Car has otherwise been fabulous - first problem ever. She calls Monday morning to describe the probelm & make an appointment. "We don't have appointments, it's first-come, first-served." OK, can I drop the car off Wednesday evening? "Sure".

Car dropped off. All day Thursday, no calls. She calls near 5pm. "Oh, we got backed up and didn't have time to look at it. We'll get on it tomorrow". OK. Friday - no calls again. She calls 4pm. "Oh, we got busy again and haven't looked at it. If you want to leave it over the weekend, we might get to it Monday." She said forget it, and picked up the car.

Seriously, more than 2 days and you can't even diagnose it or even have the courtesy to call? This is how you treat customers? We sat wondering what we could have done differently to achieve better results - nothing. We are trying another Ford dealer, one who might understand the concept of SERVICE.

I work for Ford, and I've driven Fords all my life. I will NEVER purchase any product or service form this dealership again. We can engineer and build the finest vehicles, but is like these make you hate a Ford. Ford - WAKE UP!
