We would like you to know that the 7th was a very unusual day for our propertyA number of things occurred that were out of the ordinaryOf most significance, we had multiple pipe breaks as a result of overnight extreme low temperatures of -FahrenheitThis was in the guest room areas and flooded out units in multiple guest room buildingsThis was an emergency that caused us to pull staff from around the propertyThis had obvious effects on property’s performanceObviously, none of this was Mrs***’s faultWe saw her post on *** *** and did respond that we would like to talk with her*** *** does not provide contact information or even the guest’s name so we just had to hope she would see it and reach out. We are happy that you provided the notificationBy doing so, we were able to learn her name and contact informationIt is our intent to go beyond what she has requestedWe had already been provided a credit for the amount she asked for through your organization, so we are a bit confused by thatRegardless, I will offer her and additional $along with an offer for an additional two night stay that can be used in the futureWe are confident that the majority of the issues were the result (in one way or the other) of the one time and unusual issues around that dayTherefore, we want to be generous and hopeful we can rebuild her faith in us.
