This company should be taken off of EBay. They do not back their products and I don't want to see other consumers taken advantage of. I am done with this company and will not deal with them in any way including conversations I tried to settle this previously, without filing this complaint but the company filed to comply. Filing a complaint thru PayPal, I was issued a refund and I am satisfied with the decision. I just want this complaint to stay on their file for other consumers to see. Thank You

Numerous contacts have been attempting to reach this customer to discuss some options for him, who has either hung up, not answered or not returned any calls to us. The pump unit he returned to us was returned taken apart with parts removed to the point that it cannot be tested
for proper operation anymore. He claimed his maintenance man did this. However, this customer has already filed a complaint in this matter with a Florida State agency and we are in the process of working with them in this matter. Thank you,Beaver Springs*** *** * ***

Review: My family wenting fishing on June 10,2015 at Beaver Springs the kids caught 12 fish we had to pay by inch for the fish which was only posted up to 17 inches on the door. My boys caught 2 that was over 17 which they charged me for by inch. We wanted the two big fish sent out for taxidermy by the end of the trip it cost me $561.23 we were told the fish would ship directly to our home in Illinois. Needless to say after that expense we left our vacation a day early. Around July 24 we received a letter from Beaver Spings saying the trout are done and ready to ship but they wanted us to contact them my husband made the call and was told they needed another $180.00 in order to ship the trout. I was extremly upset because nothing was ever said about more money!!! They also sent a invoice with the letter it shows12 fish @ &326.54 taxidermy @ $330.00 gratuity @ $39.30 a discount of $180.00 which is something else that was never talked about when we were there. The call ended with us waiting to hear back from the manager about a week later Tom called trying to explain why we owe more money I told him that if they made mistake that was on them ship my fish. He said he need to do further consulting I told him I expected a call back he never did I ended up calling him. They still want more money and I am not willing to pay more!!!!!yyDesired Settlement: My fish or my money back

Review: On July 12, 2014, my son, daughter-in-law and I took my 12 year old grandson to Beaver Springs fishing park so he could catch a couple of fish. We received an explanation of the approximate cost and decided to let him do it. My son paid the $8.50 fishing fee and we went to the pond where he could try and catch a trout. After catching the first fish of about 12"s I went to the manager and asked him what that size fish would cost and he said "about $.50 per inch", which would be about $6. We decided that was acceptable and so we let him catch 2 more fish of about the same size. After they cleaned and wrapped the fish which we thought was $2 per fish, they gave my son a bill for a little over $108. His total catch came to 39"s, and at the price the manager gave me we were expecting a bill of about $35. At $108, I figured we were giving these people about $36 per lb. for trout. There is no way that I or anybody in their right mind would have agreed to this price. If this is their normal price then the manager made a mistake when he said $.50 per inch and I believe these people are ripping off a lot of innocent people. I also think that we should be refunded about $75, the difference between $108 and $33. I was able to talk to someone who is supposedly in charge on 9/22/14 and he offered me a $25 gift certificate and no charge for a fishing permit the next time we are in there. I declined his offer as we are definitely not going to give them another chance to rip us off.Desired Settlement: I believe a check should be made out and sent to me for $75 and I will see that my son receives it.

Anyone that is interested in going here please don't and save your self from being scammed! I wish my friend and I would of read the reviews on this place because it seems everyone else went thru the same situation. we thought bringing my son and his friend here for a little fun fishing for cheap was a good idea...ya not so much the place is disgusting and run down, the people are gross and don't know what there doing. they didn't help at all told us some cheap price. They charged for cleaning fish when all they did is ripped the heads off and maybe took guts out and then the one tooth less guy proceeded to eat heart in front of 2 kids. then I get up to register and my bill is $112.00 I should of just left and not of paid for it!

Review: I ordered a solar pond aerator last year. It worked alright so I ordered a second one the following month. It had a different motor than the first unit. The second motor gave out within a month and I had to send that back. They gave me a different motor to replace that at no cost although I had to pay for shipping. That replacement motor lasted just past warranty (3 months) and gave out. At which time I had to purchase a new replacement motor. That motor lasted less than three months at which time the first motor also went out. Now I have been thru 4 motors and don't have a working aerator.Additionally, they never provided any instructions, shipping receipts or anything. They have offered to sell me new motors with a $100 dollar discount.I have spent approximately $1450 with this company and don't have a working unit(s). I do not want to continue to send them money for additional pumps when their products don't work or last.Desired Settlement: Since I have not received a product that has lasted more than a few months, I would rather have a refund than a replacement motor/unit.

Review: We order a soar pond aeration system. The motor broke within 60 day guarantee. We have been trying to resolve the replacement of the motor. They finally stated that they would send us a new one as soon as we returned the other defective motor. We were also told when we mailed it to call with a tracking number and then they would send the new motor the next day. We sent the motor back and also called the same day and gave them the tracking number. My husband requested them to send overnight because we had lost over 50 fish -(lack of oxygen because we had no motor to aerate our pond). They told us they would check and call us back and they did not call . We called again told they hadn't mailed it (it would be 65.00 to overnight) and would mail it that day and would call us with a tracking number. We have called them for over two weeks now and they continue to tell us now that they have it and will mail it and/or it was mailed but they have no tracking number. We have been told that you can't talk to a supervisor or manager (told not privy to that information). We have tried and tried to resolve this with these people. They run many scams and have been reported and given bad and terrible reviews on : e-bay, (internet sales), trip advisor, and now I see on Revdex.com. Please investigate them. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give us.Desired Settlement: Full refund of monies of 678.95 which was paid for through Pay Pal to [redacted] seller of the defective product listed : 1 Thomas SOLAR: POND AERATOR AERATION SYSTEMS- (44 Watt/ 1 Diffuser/ 1 100ft Hose) Item # [redacted]

Review: I bought this from them on EBAY where they go under WINNKY.Medium Pond air diffusion AERATION / AERATOR SYSTEM 50ft WEIGHTED Hose,Diffuser! In there add they stated this :This system is Completely BRAND NEW including the Pump!

Medium POND AERATION SYSTEM. If you are unhappy with the condition of your pond - I guarantee you will be within just a couple of weeks of running this system. I got into this myself when my brother and I inherited the family farm property. The farm pond had been neglected for years and was quite a mess. The bottom was full of soft black "muck" and algae & weeds had taken over the rest. I can remember swimming and fishing in this pond as a child and the water was lovely...........I knew there must be something one can do to improve it and the answer was installing one of these Air Diffusion system Aerators. Our results: Within a couple of DAYS the odor was completely gone and we started seeing areas of water clearing in the location of the diffusers. After a few weeks the clear areas had grown quite large and you could actually see a sandy bottom. After a while I realized that the clear areas stopped growing and I decided to pull in the diffusers and move them to a new area of the pond, this was very quick and easy to do and I believe was the key to being able to get the whole pond looking nice within the first year. We leave the system running now (yes, it's been running continuously for over 3 years) and our pond is something to be proud of again. You can even catch fish in it and quite honestly - I didn't even think we had 1 living fish in there when we started.........so, for Pond Owners, I doubt you could ask for much more!

They state it will run for years with no problem. Mine lasted 91 days before the pump heated up so much it hardened the internal hoses. When I called to ask about this problem I was told not to run it with the cover on it and not to run it continuously or it would over heat and harden the plastic lines making them leak. The air filter is in the cover so if you ran it that way it would have no air filter. They would not fix it for a reasonable price or replace it.They knew it was a poor design yet they sold it and told no one of its defects. They said in there add it could be run continuously.I sent them the pump thinking it was under warranty. They told me it was not and it would be over 100.00 to fix it and it would have no warranty after that.We argued about it and he said he would se3nd the pump back.I have never received it.So as far as I am concerned it is stolen.A new one from pond products is 139.00Desired Settlement: Stop selling the pump with the erroneous add.Tell the truth that if you buy the pump you can not run it continuously or if you do you must take the cover off.Give me a refund or return my pump repaired at least.

I took my two daughters to go horseback riding at Beaver Springs on the July 4th weekend. We saw some horses at a stable before our riding tour began. The horses seemed to be kept in poor conditions with no food or water. We noticed that fur from one of the horses had rubbed off from the bridle on its head. The hooves of the horses seemed to be in bad shape - I noticed some of the horses had hooves that were cracked and seemed to be damaged. On the ride the horses constantly wanted to eat any vegetation they could get to: grass, leaves, bushes. I have never experienced horses that seemed so hungry on a trail ride before. At the end of the ride each horse had a few seconds to get water before the next horse came up in line. Most of the horses that were used on our ride did not get a rest and had to leave again for the next ride immediately. Our experience was definitely not positive because of the way the horses seemed to be treated.

Review: My family went to this place because of what the web site offered. After we paid $32 and proceeded to enter the aquarium we were told this man would be our guide which we didn't have a problem except he was not dressed well for someone dealing with people. He showed us some taxidermy animals that was ok then we followed him into a room that had two tanks with a few fish I asked at that point if that was the whole tour and I was told yes I proceeded to tell them I felt like I was just ripped off and asked to speak to a manager or owner. The woman that took our money called someone and told him there was another issue with a customer. After about 10 minutes a man came down and asked what the problem was and I explained that what we just saw was not what the web page claimed.I was then told that they were trying to make improvements and I said that's a very good idea because what they are showing people was not worth what I paid I then asked for half my money back I asked if they were in my shoes as a tourist and just paid what I paid and saw what we were shown if they would have been satisfied.I did not get an answer and the man I was speaking to walked away.My three grandchildren as well as myself and my daughter were very disappointed.I feel this place should not be in the Dell's attraction guide.I fine it very hard to believe that place is allowed to falsely advertise there business and be listed as an attraction in the Dell's they need to be shut down.Desired Settlement: Refund and to not be listed as an attraction at the Dell's.

This is a horrible disgusting place! We paid 14.00 to walk around a run down shack for 10 minutes! I feel sorry for the fish and the injured turtle living in filthy water. I do not understand how this place is even open. This is a tourist trap and not worth going to. Ever. Poor turtle...

Beaver springs in Wisconsin Dell's is a total rip off. The horses are not taken care of properly. The trails are not cleaned up. They have you wait for hours. We were told the elite ride would be an hour ride but when we were finally able to go they only gave us a 20 minute ride. Was not worth the money at all .Very disappointed.

Do NOT waste your money at this horrible establishment. The only thing decent was that they did actually take us on a trail ride. But it is filthy, rundown, unkempt and dishonest. The "wildlife museum and aquarium" is a TOTAL ripoff- I would say joke, but it's not even funny. Not just taxidermists animals, but literal "stuffed" animals- as in, plush toys! The informational signs are hand written on notebook paper by what looks like someone who never passed 6th grade. The far from knowledgeable individual who worked there tried to convince us that an ordinary toad was a bullfrog. (Um, we know the difference.). And there is no "aquarium" just a FEW fish in a big dirty tank, in a big, messy, unfinished room. It is unbelievable that such a place is allowed to stay in business, and charge the prices they do. The owner rang my family up for the museum at the fishing register, and inflated the price, plus counted some of my underage children at the adult rate. $8 per person to view such a terrible place is plain highway robbery. And to add injury to insult, as we were leaving, the unruly dog on the property ran up and bit the back of my leg. Oh, and also, Im pretty sure some of the trail guides were drunk or stoned. Signs everywhere begged for tips. It was pathetic, and should not be allowed in 2015. The Dells is a nice place for tourism and travel, but Beaver Springs gives it a bad name.
