Salesman *** ** at Beaver Toyota answered every question and gave us what we considered a good price via e-mail on the very first try We drove from Jacksonville to St Augustine fully expecting some problems when we entered the dealership, but there were none *** followed through on everything he had promised*** *** in the finance department was great to deal with and knew what he was doing
Based on our experience I'd highly recommend both *** ** and Beaver Toyota
WOW - high pressure sales tactics reminiscent of 1980's -
WOW - vehicle pricey accessories listed on web site non-existent on actual vehicle
WOW - manager pointed finger at web site developer but ignored customer recommendation
WOW - promised copies of signed documents not provided even after several requests
WOW - would not recommend this dealership to anyone
