Review: There commercial advertisements say 199+ Job gets u a car after hours of wasted time I was told I need a co signer AND 1395 down there commcircal says NO mention of even possibly needing a co signer and it says guaranteed approval as long as u have a job and 199 which is a lie!!Desired Settlement: Either stop spreading lies or keep the promises made on the commercial

Review: My husband and I took our taxes up to the auto mall to get a car we were getting around 10,000 back we were going to give the dealer 6,500 my husbands student loan took 9,500 we called the finance manager to let him know he said either bring the car back or bring the 6,500 so we took the car back our contract that we have states we gave them the 6,500 in cash which he lied about and asked us to lie to the back who was going to finance us we took the car back and told them we could not come up with the 6,500 they wanted but we also told them they could keep the other 500 we were getting from our taxes for the mileage we put on the car the finance manager said they would get ahold of the bank and close everything so our contract would be done with now the bank is calling us about making a payment and the finance manger told be it "it will get there when it gets there" then hung up on me the dealership wants us to pay 1,300 in sales tax on something we don't have if I go to the store and buy a baseball I get charged sales tax if I take that ball back I get my sales tax back why should I have to pay sales tax for their screw up I have been dealing with this for a month or so now and I am tired of being treated this wayDesired Settlement: I would like the dealership to close our account with the bank and send us paper work saying we don't owe anything to anyone and everything will be done with. We gave them the car back plus money to cover any mileage we put on the car. I am not paying the sales tax on something I don't have.

Review: I attempted to buy a car from beaver valley auto mall after seeing one of thier comercials. It said that with 199$ down and 199$ month your were guaranteed approval. Yes I do have bad credit and that's why I drove over two hours to the dealership. I filled out a credit app online and I received a call from [redacted]. He told me that he had me approved with a co signer. My father and I drove a long way to get the car I had applied for which was an impala. I told [redacted] before I left tj at my father would not be willing to put the car in his name only because he wanted to trade his own car in later and would have a hard time getting a loan. As soon as we arrived [redacted] began to hint that it wouldn't work with me on the app. He could only use my dad. After a long drive and a long wait I was told nothing could be done for me. It was a very disappointing experience.Desired Settlement: I would like to be approved for a auto loan like the commercial guaranteed.
