Hello *** this is *** we spoke on the phone regarding Mr***'s complaint I'm unable to help at this moment since I do not have his info on which I need to see when beavers firewood delivered since it's all done manually no computer
system and its easier for me to know by datesI will also attached a copy of our receipt so you can see the red lines they are important

Ok thank you Mrs*** and I just received the letter of complaint and have the costumers info and I can assure you I have not received a call from Mr*** or any Emails I looked everywhere on the box important even in the spamIm going to apologize if there was any attempts to reach out after the days from the delivery he didn't try hard enough to get my attention on the matter since customers have the right to file any complaint within days of delivery and I'm very good on things like that I understand it could be possible that the lines had fallen and the driver had to some what see which ones where Mr***'s and the next customers I do apologize for the inconvenience and we will make it rightI do see on the customers desired resolution area he would like the wood or $from the cost of $can't do that because delivery fee is $from that cost and just for the wood, the delivery fee applies and that has to be paid in full which he did but If he would like a refund for the rest of the wood he would have to keep in mind it's from the cost of $onlyThe company is willing to deliver the rest of the wood when we are in the areaPlease let me know on what Mr*** would like to doI would contact him but I understand that I have to do this within Revdex.comTHANKS!

As you can see from the following attachments (copy of Verizon bill and copy of email send), I did indeed call Beaver's Firewood at XXX-XXX-XXXX on October at 10:and left them a message about the shortage; and, I did email them on October at 11:I do not appreciate that they deny receiving either oneFurthermore, when I calculated the amount for reimbursement I did take into account the delivery charge
Our preference would be to have the remaining 1/cord of wood, rather than, a monetary refundPlease have Beaver's Firewood call to arrange delivery time
