BeaverJack Tree Service was contracted to perform services at *** *** *** *** *** The service included removal of arborvitae trees with the stumps to be removed, removal of several shrubs and one tree which stumps were removed also. In the proposal BeaverJack Tree Service states
that we are not responsible for damages to underground sprinklers, drains, invisible fences or underground cables unless the system(s) are adequately mapped by the authorizing party and a copy is presented before or at the time the work is to be performed. BeaverJack Tree Service received no correspondence to this. The customer was satisfied with all work performed at the time of payment and paid in full. BeaverJack tree service was contacted at a later date and informed that an unmarked electrical cable has been severed by our stump grinder. The receptionist that received the phone call made us aware of this and prompted us to call within a hour period in which the line that was given to us was a cell phone and a detailed message was left. The customer responded in approximately days and again talked to the receptionist. Due to the complexity of the situation she was again unable to give any correspondence and let us know again of the customer. After a period of missed calls BeaverJack Tree Service did get in contact with the customer and without hesitation paid half of repair cost to the customer to make sure complete satisfaction was accommodated

2 trees approx. 70 feet tall with limbs and vines completely gone and raked away ! Even swept the street ! Prompt estimate ! Prompt arrival on day of job ! Crew setup and cutting within an hour ! They did NOT need any supervision,so I went in to work expecting to see them when I got home ?? But to my surprise the trees and debris and the crew were GONE in 6 hours !!!! I was left with no cleanup and a BEAUTIFUL view !!! 10 plus plus AMAZING !!!

Review: I contracted Beaverjack Tree Services to remove a number of trees on my property and they accidently cut through an underground power line that services the electric in my detached garage. I have called them several times and spoke with their receptionist who has repeatedly said that she has forwarded my request to the owner to return my call and resolve the issue, but after 5 weeks I have not had a return call.Desired Settlement: Since the company is insured I want them to return my call to at least discuss the issue and accept responsibility for the repair of the power line so that I can have electrical service in my garage. I have already moved forward and had contacted Duquesne Light Company who confirmed that the problem is not theirs and then contacted [redacted] to quote the cost of the repair. Also, I have asked several times for an invoice marked as paid since I gave the supervisor a personal check when he was on site and they still have not given me one.

I contacted BeaverJack tree service to come out and look at several large trees that I wished to have removed. The owner worked around my schedule and actually came out to look at the job at 7:00 a.m. because that was the only time that worked for me and he didn't want to delay coming out. I agreed to hire him on the spot and on the day he was to arrive, he and his crew got to my home early. He explained the job to his workers in my presence and I left for work. When I returned, I couldn't believe how incredible my back yard looked. The trees were gone and it didn't look like anyone was ever there! There were no sticks, leaves, sawdust, nothing! Equally impressive was how friendly and knowledgeable the workers were. I was so impressed that I hired them for a job on a second property on the spot. Well done!

We just had BeaverJack Tree Service top our huge silver maple that towered over our home. They we prompt, professional and cleaned up not only my yard, but my neighbors and the street wherever they found any debris. We are happy beyond what we thought would happen.
