I am rejecting this response because: the only accurate response in the letter was the one where it was a same day appointment an I was worked inThis is true but the rest is notI stood there while she injected him an was never told what he was
injected withYes I left him yes I picked him up the next morningHowever when I stood there to pay I asked all kinds of questions to which the receptionist had to keep goin an asking the doctor for an answerShe would come back tell me an I would ask another one an there she would go againSo my question is why should I have to keep asking the receptionist questions an her run back an forth? Wouldnt that as a doctor or a business owner for that matter tell me I need to come out an talk to the person myself? As far as the doctor goes that put him down I was not offered further services for my goatI was told the humane thing to do was to let him goI have no issues with that vet or that clinic at allMy issues are with the one the complaint is againstAs far as refund I dont expect that eitherIts ok I dont need the money but to incorrectly speak of the nature of what happened is ridiculousIm done with this business an wont patronize them again an make sure all my livestock friends know
