do encounter minor items that they find unfit.  For this rare occurance's we have a 24/7 maintenace and cleaning staff to correct any issues under our control.  We have reviewed our records and show now notification or request from the guest about correcting the few issues they found.  In the complaint letter, they did state that they "waited until I (they) returned home to complain..." .    If the guests would have contacted us during their stay we would have absolutely been able to address their issues in timely manner.  However, since we were not given a chance to solve their frustrations according to our policies that are agreed to when making a reservation and posted out website.  No monetary refund will be give. In the event of failure of advertised amenities (mechanical or otherwise) due to circumstances beyond the control of Beavers Bend Getaways, LLC, no monetary refunds will be issued to guests. If a resolvable problem occurs in the cabin while occupied by guests, and Beavers Bend Getaways, LLC is not notified while the cabin is occupied, no monetary refund will be issued.     We hope in the future, like other guest that on rare occasion experience issues, they will use our 24/7 maintenance and cleaning staff to solve the issues and provide a great vacation!   [redacted] Owner
