I finally was able to get a hold of MrBeavers and was still going to let him come back and finish the job, but he informed me that it would not be until this fallI then informed him that I will file a claim with my Home Owner's insurance to get the job done before this FallHe told me that if my Home Owner's insurance company did not come after him for the damages and undone work, he would give me my $for tearing down my phone line twice (which I paid to have it put back up)He would give me the $in a day or two, but if my insurance company would go after him, he would not ever give me the money back.He is currently under investigation by the City of *** for illegal work done in the city limits without having proper Contractor's Insurance on file.
