Hello [redacted] this is [redacted] we spoke on the phone regarding Mr. [redacted]'s complaint I'm unable to help at this moment since I do not have his info on which I need to see when beavers firewood delivered since it's all done manually no computer...

system and its easier for me to know by dates. I will also attached a copy of our receipt so you can see the red lines they are important.

I see a copy of the receipt for the delivery of the firewood. I am not disputing the fact that firewood was delivered. I have a copy of this receipt in my files. My issue is with the amount of firewood that was actually delivered. See original complaint.

Ok thank you Mrs. [redacted] and I just received the letter of complaint and have the costumers info and I can assure you I have not received a call from Mr. [redacted] or any Emails I looked everywhere on the box important even in the spam. Im going to apologize if there was any attempts to reach out after the 3 days from the delivery he didn't try hard enough to get my attention on the matter since customers have the right to file any complaint within 3 days of delivery and I'm very good on things like that I understand it could be possible that the lines had fallen and the driver had to some what see which ones where Mr. [redacted]'s and the next customers I do apologize for the inconvenience and we will make it right. I do see on the customers desired resolution area he would like the wood or $68.00 from the cost of $290.00 can't do that because delivery fee is $15 from that cost and just 275 for the wood, the delivery fee applies and that has to be paid in full which he did but If he would like a refund for the rest of the wood he would have to keep in mind it's from the cost of $275 only. The company is willing to deliver the rest of the wood when we are in the area. Please let me know on what Mr. [redacted] would like to do. I would contact him but I understand that I have to do this within Revdex.com. THANKS!

As you can see from the following attachments (copy of Verizon bill and copy of email send), I did indeed call Beaver's Firewood at XXX-XXX-XXXX on October 31 at 10:38 and left them a message about the shortage; and, I did email them on October 31 at 11:44. I do not appreciate that they deny receiving either one. Furthermore, when I calculated the amount for reimbursement I did take into account the delivery charge.
Our preference would be to have the remaining 1/4 cord of wood, rather than, a monetary refund. Please have Beaver's Firewood call to arrange delivery time.
