the customer is there to approve the look of the stain especially where there are a lot of damage to the flooring*** had full knowledge that the pet stains and water damage flooring would not come out That is why *** and his wife chose the a dark stain to try and blend in the damaged wood I even applied a second coat (at no charge) per *** request to hide the stains to his satisfaction Jamie was there when that was applied and approved the look of the floor The next day when I came back to apply the first and final coat of polyurethane *** stated he was satisfied After the floor was finished *** was happy was the result and paid the remaining balance About days later his wife texted me that that after *** installed the baseboards there were some issues She send pictures and stated if I could come and address the issues I said of course, I came to the house and address the issues In the hallway where she took the most pictures of was spot where the baseboard had been installed almost an inch off the ground which exposed the wall, which is not at fault of refinishing process.
