To Whom it my concern, Mr*** have purchased a Mercedes Benz R-320 from Beaverton Car Company in December which comes with a limited powertrain warranty which covers the engine and transmission for miles or month whichever occurs first. MrZ*** had informed me with Mr*** concern with the vehicle alignment, brake light and sun shade visor. MrZ*** has informed Mr*** at the time that I have agreed to reimburse for the alignment and brake lightWhile not a part of our warranty coverage, I agreed to cover these items in the spirit of goodwill and good customer serviceWhile repairs of this nature are common on pre owned vehicles, we are always able to assist when the customers are local, and we can perform the repairs in our facilityWhat makes this situation a bit more difficult is the fact that Mr*** resides outside the state of Oregon, which doesn’t allow us to verify, diagnose or resolve the problem While these items are not covered under any warranty Beaverton Car Company assumesI have offered to reimburse for the performed repairs in full for the total of $As for the “sunshade” it is an accessory that we usually don’t thoroughly inspect, with no confirmation on our part if it was or was not in a working condition at the time of delivery.
