By the way ***We were the potential customers, NOT the realtor you work withWe don't care about a long standing relationship with a realtor that was too busy to show a homeLet's make this CLEARWe were Bright Mortgage potential customers [redacted] was unprofessional, he made the decesion on his own, to dump us off [redacted] answer the questionHOW did you come to the conclusion I was NOT eligable for an FHA loanIt is not a factIf you had truly pulled [redacted] you would have known [redacted] really an angry customer using offensive language, handle it like a man[redacted] never even answered our main question, which was "When is my wife [redacted] eligable for an FHA loan? Why couldn't he do thatOh he didn't pull [redacted] period! Regards, [redacted]

Mrs. [redacted],We apologize that we were not able to satisfy your questions with our previous response.  Unfortunately, during a prequalification period, we may or may not have final answers that an underwriter would have at the approval stages.  Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.  Bright Mortgage is under no obligation to fund a loan.  We make no commitments to lend until there is a final cleared to close.  Is it possible for a borrower who has a foreclosure in the past to obtain a mortgage?  Absolutely.  Are there various waiting periods that have varying qualification standards?  Yes.  Those range from 1-7 years, depending on the type of mortgage.  In your specific example, it could have been 4 years, depending on the information received.Either way, we have responded to the best of our ability, explained that we stopped working on the loan package when we received a text to stop working on it, and we will not be able to assist further, unfortunately.  Please allow us the opportunity for closure on this situation.Thank you,[redacted]
