This is a property management company with a lots of troubles
They are not operating under licensed brokerUnlicensed
They charged monay to property owners but does not explain the reasons and do not submit proof of their work
According to property management agreement, they are not supposed to spend more than $150, but they took money from collected rent for "expenses" without owners consentEven after repeating warnings, no improvement have been seen and no apology
They are reluctant in responding to tenants requests
They charge money for repair, but do not complete work
they pur lien agaist properties for so called ""their payment
