Affordable Professional Quick Service and They speak Spanish I recommend using them
We called this tow truck company because I need my 5Th wheel moved and leveled and merry F. told me it would only cost $300 and that it would only be a flat rate when Iasked again. So they came over early which was great to pick it up but then they once the guy had the front lifted the didn't lower the back legs so the frame on the bottom got bent and now we can't adjust the height on the back. So then they continued pulling it out and didn't noticed but they put a tare on the awning from my roof. And for 30 minutes they kept going back and forth scratching it. Which had ruin the roof and on my garage. They ended up climbing on top and yanking a part off that held my awning up. So now I cant put it back on. So after that they just ripped out the driveway scraping the whole side of my 5Th wheel with the wall. I told them well they messed up my awening and they said I said it was ok. Which I don't see how that's ok. After they got to the drop off point they back up the trailer and told them maybe we can out it in a little more at and angle but he said that he can't. But he actually could have but didn't want to. So then Sky the lady who lived there payed $300 dollars then after he made her pay he told me he needs $50 separately from me. And I told him I don't have any cash to pay an extra $50 because they told me $300. So they were refusing to put the 5th wheel down. So he pretty much scammed me for an extra $50 for my 5th wheel. Then they dropped it and left without even leveling it. So later on the 5Th wheel was tipping to the side because they only dropped it off. So I called them to ask if they can level it for me because it's leaning and they never did it. And they said oh no that's not our job we don't level after her husband had already said yes and so did she when she told me the price. I left a review on Google and she messaged me horrible words and then posted my name and my number and my address and pictures of where I live threatening me because I called & complain
Refund I want a full refund back on my card for $350 and I want her to remove my private information off of the web for violating my privacy and threatening me over the text and over Google. They have dome this to multiple people that were her customers. They have been scamming people to pay more and if they don't they take there car, truck or etc until they pay which is wrong because they changed the price after telling them that it was something else. It's not right and a business should shut-down
This customer is lying and exaggerating. 1st of all he said 5 miles and ended up to be 13 miles the customer was charged extra because of the waiting time for the other buyer to show up and then at drop off location they had us pickup and drop trailer multiple times until we thought she was satisfied and after confirmation of agreed dropping my driver dropped it. One month later they called back wanting it moved and leveled I told them price and he got mad because wanted it free I told him u agreed on placement of trailer. Anywhere u go extra work extra fee he was informed. This customer has been threatening with multiple text messages back n forth I told him leave me alone and he said block me... he cannot get a full refund because we traveled one hour to arrive at pickup location and job was performed and completed. All of our customers do their own leveling when we're dropping they put their blocks and agree to drop n unhook exactly what we did for this customer if they have soft floor ground or sinking grounds and it gets unleveled after one month we cannot go out their for free. This people wanted the trailer put between 2 sheds and a tree we completed the hard and difficult task but it was extra
