Review: My family made a reservation for a vacation rental for the first week in April 2013. The reservation and contract was completed on June 9, 2012. We have been attempting to get in contact with [redacted] to complete our reservation and finalize the details of our vacation. I emailed her on 1/7/2012 and requested that she send final payment information and the [redacted] link to complete that. I did not hear from her. I sent subsequent emails on 1/12/2013, 1/15/2013, and 1/28/2013. I received no response. I placed phone calls to both her cell phone and office phone and did not receive a call back. I texted her on 1/31/2013 and she finally responded and assured me that she would send the information the following day. She did not send it. Then I was able to speak with her by phone on 2/2/2013 at which time she again assured me that she would send me the information. She did not send it. Then I texted her back on 2/7/2013 and 2/14/2013 to request the information once again. I left her voice messages on 2/18/2013 and 2/28/2013 on both her office phone and cell phone. No response. My family is very frustrated at her lack of communication with us despite many attempts on our part to reach her.Desired Settlement: We want to keep the reservation in place and pay what we owe. But if [redacted] continues to not respond to our communication, we would like our deposit back ASAP so that we can make other arrangements for our scheduled vacation on March 31-April 6, 2013.
