I am writing this review after a very negative experience with BEBE. I purchased 2 items on BEBE while they had the 75% discount. At the end of the checkout I made sure to use my gift card and pay the remaining balance with my credit card. In the end, my credit card was fully charged and when I called them to fix the issue, the only thing that they could help me with is to Allow me to return the 2 items once they have shipped. Not only did I now miss the chance to purchase the 2 items on sale with my gift card, I know have to wait to receive my items, ship them back and only then receive my refund. Awful experience and customer service.
