Hi my name is [redacted] and I put in A complaint against Bebe Wireless, Bebe Wireless sold me on I phone 3g speed that I did not desire, They tricked me into buying it because I was unaware that they're was even a such thing a A 3g speed I phoneI was under the impression that all I phones were 4g (speed)Once I figured out what I didn't get what I intended then I tried returning the said item to get my money backBut the male worker there refuses to give me my money backI even tried going to work outA deal with him but he is not offerring any reasonable customer friendly dealsPlease help!

about this I replaced the lcd with a new lcd customer came with again a broken screen there was clearly cracks inside the lcd customer claim that he didnt break it I think its not my fault that he
dont take care of hes things I stated on the invoice ( no warranty on lcd ) only on the touch screen (if lcd was faulty I wouldnt had any problems replaced for him but its very clear it was broken

I am rejecting this response because: I have had my phone and dropped it countless times before it actually broke to the point where I took it into a repair shop and by the way the only reason the internal screen on my phone was damaged because my glass screen had been broken for a month or so. Now What I don't understand is how does the inside of the phone break when it had not been dropped after getting it repaired and how was the inside led broken when the glass screen protecting it didn't have a scratch on it at all. This man is installing defective parts or something and I want my money refunded to me so I can have my phone repaired at a different establishment. I don't want anyone else dealing with this mans fraudulent ways. I am a business owner in Manteca California and I to this day have never had my business reported to the Revdex.com, so when it comes to quality warranty and service I should have my words taken seriously. This man is a fraud and I will also be reporting him to consumer affairs

Business contacted Revdex.com and states: I recently spoke to Mr. [redacted] at Bebe Wireless. He stated that the complaint regarding your recent cellular phone purchase had been settled. He also informed me that there was a mutual agreement on the resolution.

Review: A man gave me the impression that I was buying 4G speed Iphone (for 190.00 198.00) (16gb) at Bebe Wireless cell Phone Repair.

But when I took it home I soon found out that I was lied to and but instead was sold a 3 speed Iphone. The next day I went back to try to resolve the issue but the man refuses to gibe me my money back. He say's no return just store credit, but yet I deliberately asked him before I bought the said item that if I could return it if for any reason I am unsatisfied. He then said "just as long as you return it in 30 days."Desired Settlement: I do not want store credit. I do not wanna do business with him anymore. Please Help me get my money back

Review: I went into Bebe Wireless to have my Samsung Galaxy S4 Repaired on 4-15-14. I Talked to the guy working there he didnt write his name on the reciept but I think he is the owner. My screen was Cracked and my phone screen was black. I Asked him how much to repair it he told me $190.00, I told him that it was fine because I needed it repaired that day. He said no problem and told me to return in an hour to hour and half. I returned to bebe wireless to pick up my cell phone. The phones screen was repaired and he said that the repairs were warrantied for 30 days. He did not offer me a reciept until I asked him for one, Nor would he write any warranty policys on the reciepts which were hand written, until I asked him to write it down. I asked him once again that it was a 30 day warranty on repairs and he agreed and said yes. I now Had my phone for 3 days and on the 4th day which was 4-19-2014 due to the phone just turning black and not working which was roughly around 10pm, I waited until 4-20-14 to take my phone back into bebe wireless to have it looked at since he said repairs would be warrantied for 30 days. I showed him my phone and the first thing he said was you broke it I am not responsible. I said the Screen is not shattered the glass is perfectly fine I paid you to repair both the inner touch screen led and the glass, I have not dropped the phone and it just stopped working. I noticed a line going across the phone which was inner. I showed him and said I think this is it. It must be the parts you used. He said I will not warranty your repair, or Refund your money. I asked him to repair it again, He then told me $130.00 Extra on top of $190.00 I paid him 4 days prior. I think this man is fraudulent, and I asked him what he would do about the situation over 10 times. He said take me to small claim sue me lets see what you are capable of because I will not repair your phone or refund your money. So I had no choice but to file a complaint with Revdex.com In hopes of reimbursment.Desired Settlement: I do not want to do business with bebe Wireless, The owner Comes off as a fraud. I do not feel comfortable leaving my phone with my personal things at his business. I do not want him to repair my phone because from this situation I do not believe he will do a proper repair and this situation will be reoccuring. I would like the owner of the business bebe wireless to refund my $190.00 Cash Which I paid Him. I would really appreciate the help from Revdex.com to put frauds out of business. Thanks

Review: Hi, my name is [redacted]. I'm writing to make to make a complaint about Bebe Wireless. Yesterday I took my phone for a simple repair to fix the charging port. I was going to pick it up, but I was presented with the news that my screen had been ruined and that it was unfixable. Not only did I lose tons of personal photos, emails, and applications, I also lost lots of valuable information which I will never be able to replace. My screen was completely fine when I took my phone to the store, and it is obvious that Bebe wireless's poor skills ruined it during the repair process. No disclaimer, or invoice was given to us at the time of dropping my phone off to warn me of any damages that were liable to occur. Only after the fact that I was going to pick up my phone for the third time, was I presented with an invoice, after the damage was already done. I feel Bebe wireless didn't follow the correct procedure to inform me of damages that were liable to occur. They didn't explain the risks of the repair, like they should have, at the time of the drop off. We had to waste expensive gasoline going back and forth to their business, for no reason. I talked to the owner of Bebe Wireless, [redacted]. He was exceeding and rude to me and my son. He didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and provided poor customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like Bebe Wireless to pay the retail value of my [redacted] which they ruined during the repair process. I would also like for them to pay for the gasoline which I wasted going back and forth on unnecessary trips to their store. I would also like for the store to start explaining to their future customers the risks that are liable to occur during the repair. I want to prevent other people from losing all the valuable items on their phones the same way I did.

Our repair policy is stated in store and on invoice. We are not responsible for information lost during repair process. We offered her a replacement phone exactly like hers but she refused. She wanted her old phone, a replacement phone, and repair costs waived. We did not agree. Our policy states we are only responsible for 10% of the value of the phone being repaired. We are willing to offer a replacement phone as long as she pays repair costs and leaves old phone with us.

Review: I took my galaxy s5 to get repair for a broken screen to BEBE Cellular 1385 E. Yosemite Ave in manteca Ca. A week went by and I called the owner to ask him if my phone was ready he said yes.when I picked up the phone the screen was repair but the microphone was damaged during the process the owner [redacted] made me wait another 2 days to fix it.when I picked up the phone the microphone was still damaged.the owner wanted me to wait another week to see if he could repair it. I coulnt wait another week because its the only phone I have and need it for day to day use.the owner refuse to give me a discount or any type of alternative other than wait another week and (see) if he could repair it. He charged me 240 dollars for the repair but the phone is not working properly due to the damaged microphone that the owner damaged in the procces of the screen repair.Desired Settlement: I would like the owner to refund me partial of the 240 I payed him to make the repairs so I can take my phone to a more qualify phone repair tech to make the repairs needed on my phone.
