Review: I took my 1990 jag xj6 to bebo's auto for a check engine light that was on and engine had coolant leak.t his was the first part of may 2013 car was there a week before I advise of the repairs. they installed a used engine and I was told that would take care of the problem. I was told that they would make sure that the engine would be a good one and they will make sure there would not leaks. it took them over a mo. to replace engine and now the engine has lager oil leak and check engine light is still on but they got the car smog I don't know how a car with check engine light that is on how it passed. they never did any thing that about check engine light now the engine has low oil pressure and leaks 2qts of oil every 2 days the car is back at there shop sitting there and no one is even looking at the car and no repairs being done. I have been lied to almost every time I talk to the owner he would tell me things about the computer system and that has computer can not do. I spent my money in good faith but got rip off by this shop.Desired Settlement: that car is taken to SAN DIEGO and the dealer repair car the right way and that bebo's automotive pays for repairs I don't trust that shop any more.

An engine was installed in [redacted]’s car which was out of service around three years and
also towed to Bebo’s auto repair, A used motor was installed had more than 20 years of
service and it’s from year 90. After installation the car was took by Mr. [redacted]
and he was very happy because the car passed smog check but the check light was
came back on and we thought that we need to run the car a few miles and the
light will turn off because the gasoline was stock for a few years and had to
clean the lines and evaporate gases which were there for a long time. Next day after
car was delivered to Mr. [redacted], he comes back to office and said he won’t move
until the car will be reviewed and repaired. After inspection we saw a larger oil leak in
the engine and the oil pump wasn’t work well (had low oil pressure) so we called to the
auction ([redacted]) where we bought the engine but they didn’t want to help us with
labor for remove and replace the engine for that reason we ask to Mr. [redacted] to
give us more time to fix their car because we had a lot of work and will take a
few days fix their car.
We let him know to Mr. [redacted] that his car will be fixed until he comes satisfied with our job and he
understood and now the car was fixed and delivered to Mr. [redacted] along two weeksand he’s satisfied
with our job.
