Review: [redacted] at BEC Complete Plumbing quoted me $90.00 per hour for soldering my copper pipes. His associate [redacted] came to my house and completed the work in 45 minutes and then billed my $135.00 for the job. I spoke with the owner [redacted] and he claimed the extra charge was for material of which all [redacted] used was probably a few inches of wire solder, a few swipes of flux and a little gas for the torch to solder six connections. Hardly $45.00 in material. After we discussed the over charge [redacted] was very rude to me. I would not recommend this company as they do not honor their quoted charges and are very unfriendly when you challenge them for over billing you.Desired Settlement: Have BEC honor their quoted cost for the job completed.
