The customer signed up for a time and material serviceWe disclose to all of our customers that our labor rate is per man hour, we charge for travel time, yard waste disposal fee's and any other materials we may use on their propertyWe also
give all of our customers the option to have a set rate for the serviceThis customer decided to go with the time and material service this way if she wanted to add anything while my crew was at her home she could which she proceeded to doWe track all of our vehicles and we have our crew leaders fill out time sheetsWhen the customer disputed the charge we went back to our records and our records showed our original charge was correctAs company policy The Director of Operations had a meeting with the crew leader and the assistant operations manager to discuss the issues with the customerOur conclusion was the first day the crew was on site it started raining half way through the day which the time sheet showsThey then proceeded to finish the remainder of the work a following day which again the time sheet showsThe days of service was 6/22/16, 6/23/and my crew removed yards of yard waste totalIt was a crew of two men for one and a half daysI personally have tried to explain the charges to the customer multiple times with no success Thank You, *** ***
