Good afternoon,I have spoken with the manager in *** ** in regards to the complaint made. The customer had a delivery set for June 21st and everything was delivered except for a loveseat, which came in with a tear in the fabric. For the convenience of the customer the manager
allowed her to use the loveseat and re-order a new loveseat. Our warranty states that with any product our procedure is to always repair before we even consider to re-order a piece, as we can repair most anything. The manager re-ordered the loveseat on June 22nd which was the day after the initial delivery, and the customer is set to be delivered today, June 27th, the new loveseat. He was refunded on his visa card for $93.75 on 9/20 the same day he called and said he found it online cheaper than the 40 off and the discounts on each item.  Thanks

We issued a full refund for her issues and mailed her refund check directly to her home.

Good afternoon, I have reviewed this customers account and the purchase was made in [redacted] in September of 2012.  There is a one year standard warranty and a 5 year protection plan that is offered, which the customer did purchase.  The protection form which is registered at time...

of purchase plus the in store handout states clearly that cracking, bubbling, and peeling caused by a specific incident is covered through the protection plan company called [redacted].  Again, caused by a specific incident.  The number to contact them is [redacted] if the customer wishes to file a claim with them.  Otherwise, unfortunately the merchandise is only covered for one year which expired in October of 2013. Thank you,[redacted]

Did not use mattress at all, it was new, nothing was broke about the mattress set.  They are lying I couldn't use mattress because of allergic to smell.  I called them the very next day that I couldn't use mattress set.   They are talking about the bank agreeing with them.  I also send Revdex.com complaint about [redacted].

Good afternoon, This consumer has written this same complaint in the past and it was resolved in our favor.  Several month ago the consumer decided to take to our [redacted] warehouse her dirty mattress and broken adjustable base.  She dropped it at her front door while we were...

closed.  She left a note saying she wanted her money back.  We sent her letters to pick up the items or they were discarded.  We also notified the bank she financed with and provided picture as to what she had done and the condition of the merchandise. A customer can not buy a car, not like it, wreck it, and then drop it back at the dealer and get a full refund.  This is exactly what this consumer did to us.  The amount she is disputing is what she owes to the bank she financed with.  She disputed the charges with the bank and they also found in our favor. There is nothing further we can do assist this consumer. Thank you,[redacted]

of any defects.  We reported to the consumer what was reported to us from the factory themselves.  The customer does have a protection plan they can use that is warranted for stains and accidental damages.   We understand the consumers frustration but we can not replace everyone's furniture that is outside of a warranty period, especially by 7 months.  The issues they are having were determined by professionals that work for the world's largest furniture company to not be warranted or eligible for new merchandise.   They are experts that deal with these fabrics and materials daily.  The customer is correct in their statement that there is nothing further we are able to do for them.   If further information is needed please let us know. Thank you,[redacted]

After reading the consumers issue based on the purchase date I reviewed the sale in our system. The customer purchased one year ago from an associate that has been gone from our company for 10 months. If the customer last spoke with her associate then the issue did not recently occur. also purchased a five year protection plan therefore if the furniture was not given away as stated then we could possibly offer some assistance if the consumer would like to speak with us, again assuming they still have possession of the items.
