Good afternoon,This consumers complaint due to the warranty expiration was turned over from us to Ashley Industries, whom we represent their furniture After review of all pictures sent to them and after speaking with quality control they determined the defects were due to consumers use, not of any defects We reported to the consumer what was reported to us from the factory themselves The customer does have a protection plan they can use that is warranted for stains and accidental damages We understand the consumers frustration but we can not replace everyone's furniture that is outside of a warranty period, especially by months The issues they are having were determined by professionals that work for the world's largest furniture company to not be warranted or eligible for new merchandise They are experts that deal with these fabrics and materials daily The customer is correct in their statement that there is nothing further we are able to do for them If further information is needed please let us knowThank you, [redacted] ***
Good afternoon, This consumer has written this same complaint in the past and it was resolved in our favor Several month ago the consumer decided to take to our [redacted] warehouse her dirty mattress and broken adjustable base She dropped it at her front door while we were closed She left a note saying she wanted her money back We sent her letters to pick up the items or they were discarded We also notified the bank she financed with and provided picture as to what she had done and the condition of the merchandiseA customer can not buy a car, not like it, wreck it, and then drop it back at the dealer and get a full refund This is exactly what this consumer did to us The amount she is disputing is what she owes to the bank she financed with She disputed the charges with the bank and they also found in our favorThere is nothing further we can do assist this consumerThank you, [redacted] ***

He was refunded on his visa card for $on 9/the same day he called and said he found it online cheaper than the off and the discounts on each item Thanks
Good afternoon, Ms [redacted] is scheduled for delivery of her new item today This was arranged several days ago, prior to the complaint written to Revdex.com Her back panel was ordered to repair the tear from the factory delivered on February 23rd, but due to extreme back order from the manufacturer we offered to order her a new item for the inconvenience Thank you, [redacted] ***
Good afternoon, I have reviewed this customers account and the purchase was made in [redacted] in September of 2012. There is a one year standard warranty and a 5 year protection plan that is offered, which the customer did purchase. The protection form which is registered at time... of purchase plus the in store handout states clearly that cracking, bubbling, and peeling caused by a specific incident is covered through the protection plan company called [redacted] . Again, caused by a specific incident. The number to contact them is [redacted] if the customer wishes to file a claim with them. Otherwise, unfortunately the merchandise is only covered for one year which expired in October of 2013. Thank you, [redacted] ***
