Ms. [redacted] order #[redacted] was received on 6/30/17 at 3:25PM EST. The order was shipped via UPS on 7/1/17, tracking # [redacted] This shipment delivered on Wednesday 7/5/17 at 10:44AM EST. It is noted that Ms. [redacted] advised she did not receive an email confirmation of her...
order (and inferred that she also did not receive a shipment confirmation). Both order and shipment confirmations are automatically generated by our system. If this was not received then something went wrong on our end with our system (or the emails went to spam and/or a valid email address was not provided). Order and shipment confirmations should be sent for every Ecommerce order we ship; that is our business practice so it is an exception to our process if Ms. [redacted] did not receive her confirmations. We will reach out to Ms. [redacted] directly to compensate her for her poor experience with our brand, as this is not the standard of our brand nor the experience we want any customer to have. We deeply apologize for this negative experience.
