We have been in contact with him in multiple ways. We revived this vehicle after another shop worked on it for months. The complaint has not been the same. A vehicle can have issues for multiple reasons. After repairing all the damage the prior shop performed we were able to run proper tests.... We allowed the customer to make payments on the repairs. Took many hours after to verify the customers complaint. We are currently working on the vehicle. Customer was here Friday and spoke with the customer and showed him the progress. Im sorry it came down to getting anyone involved. 1month 3weeks truck has been at your shop. We did pay $3000 for the problems that your mechanic said needed addressed. This second time back for same issue. I was told your short handed and had 30 other vehicles to repair. I just need my truck repaired. Thank you
