I first must be sure to include there will be litigation over this matter and I do not intend to resolve this issue here.

intention to exploit our services and cancel the check. Our services were performed exactly as we agreed with 100% satisfaction from an adult left to watch over us and inspect our work when completed. All 6 of us were present and witnessed this. She approved our work and we left. I would certainly hope that the Revdex.com does not allow a complaint to be posted with personal ridicule, slander, and libel. The only way to further respond with this would be to defend every false statement made. The opportunity to "beat feet" as so eloquently worded would have certainly been done as in ALL the 10+ years I have done business. Except that was not their goal as they canceled the check less than an hour after we left.

First of all, I would like to speak to Home Matters Cleaning Service continued threat of litigation.
I welcome litigating my case before a Judge in the Court of Law. My case along with my documented evidence has been prepared for over a month now. To date, I haven't received notice of Home Matters Cleaning Service taking legal action against me.
The most conclusive way to substantiate the legitimacy of my complaint is to provide a few of the many documented pictures showing the substandard quality of Home Matters Cleaning Service work.
Our house guest never gave approval nor was she given authority to approve [redacted] dollars worth of work we were paying for. She was there to keep watch over our home in our absence. This argument is ludicrous.
In addition, this woman, the owner of Home Matters Cleaning Service showed up at my husbands workplace to submit a bid for advertised office cleaning help. My husband had first spoken to her there, regarding our residential window cleaning.
She must have forgotten about this initial conversation which led to us hiring her in the first place...
Her claim that we seeked her out to pull a "theft of service scam" for free window cleaning is absurd.
Honestly, I have not idea how to resolve this issue. As I've stated in my original complaint, I'm willing to pay Home Matters Cleaning Service for the small portion of the job they completed. According to what I found on Groupon that would be [redacted] for interior and exterior cleaning of 20 windows sills included. Since they failed to clean the sill I would pay them less. However they did clean mini blinds so I'm willing to pay them the full [redacted] I will provide the Groupon Coupon in the attached file.
