April 25, 2016Revdex.com SCounty Rd 5, Ste Fort Collins, CO 80528VIA: Email: [email protected] Whom It May Concern: Beck Building Company would like to take this opportunity to respond to the complaint filed with your organization on 04/11/Our organization had a Customer Care Agreement in place with the client for the period of 06/29/through 12/31/as stated in the complaint The agreement was for $and included a single fall inspectionBeck Building Company completed the fall inspection per the contract on November 4, However, due to an internal miscommunication, the results of the inspection were not promptly distributed to the clientOur main office was unaware that the client had not received the results of the inspection until he notified our office via email on April 4, At that time, the office immediately forwarded the results of the inspection explaining the miscommunication and offered our apology to the client for the delayThere was never any attempt to purposely withhold the results of the inspection from the client.
The client's claim that on 12/21/Beck Building Company informed him that our company was terminating the Customer Care contract is incorrect Beck Building Company never attempted to cancel the Agreement Beck Building Company fulfilled the contract by completing the inspection on November 4, Beck Building Company did inform the client in writing on April 8, that as the contractor, Beck Building Company would not renew the contract for At this time, Beck Building Company is focusing our manpower on servicing homes built by our companyThe client's home was not built by our company. The 12/21/email that the client refers to in the complaint, was sent by our technician responsible for servicing the home, to the client informing him that Beck Building Company would be unable to assist him with a single scope of work; the repair of water damaged flooring, due to a manpower shortageThis scope of work is unrelated to the Customer Care Agreement and inspection fees for which the client is disputing Beck Building Company never contractually agreed to perform this scope of work with the client, and no monies for this scope of work were ever received by Beck Building Company. At the time of this notification to the client that Beck Building Company would be unable to assist with the replacement of the flooring, our company offered the name and contact information for a reputable subcontractor to assist the homeowner with the completion of the work.
