Beck Northway Collision

In response to [redacted] ***'s complaint, the vehicle was brought in for hail damage as she stated with a insurance estimate supplied by [redacted] *** The windshield was broken when it came in but not on the insurance estimate, I requested a supplement for additional hail repair and a Progressive adjuster came out and approved the additional hail damage supplement and if they felt the windshield was related they could have included it at that timeProgressive didn't have any notes of discussing the windshield with [redacted] or photos so they wouldn't include on this claim since the repairs were competed 10/18/and the date of loss was 6/11/ As for the electrical issue the only thing we unplugged was the headlamps and taillamps, nothing we did could possibly be related to the steering wheel components not working however I suggested that she bring the vehicle to any mechanical shop and if we were responsible I would take care of it I'll also include a copy of the insurance estimate

Progressive adjuster came out and approved the additional hail damage supplement and if they felt the windshield  was related they could have included it at that time.
