Beck Rubbish

I have been contacted from you unfortunately to respond to a complaint, Miss *** called in to start service for her rubbish removal at the house that her son resides at , with that being said her son had been reporting that his trash hasn’t been picked up for two weeks ,in months time
frame.when Miss *** called to shut off her account she said she wasn’t paying for the two weeks , and prorating her account on her own , that is not fesable in any business ,I had to check with the ouner of the business and his option was ,( because of picking up extra trash at this residence ) he asked me to give her one of two options 1-pay the for two weeks or2-pay for a extra trash that was picked up ,the following weeks.if he did not show ,in which he said he has ,the trash was not out ,at this point she was upset and she threatened to report his business and call as many outlets as possiable ,if she had to pay in an extremly threatening , condescending and boisterous tone .I have not called or spoke with her since thank you *** *** writing this letter for Becks Rubbish
