I deposit a refund check in my husbands name *** ***) from Premier Health and it was returned by my bank with a very unclear reason as to why? It may have been past a certain amount of days since the issue date but there was NO Void after listed on the check so I'm unsure as to why it was really returnedI contacted the business on approximately August 15-17th and received an email back from *** *** (VP of Revenue Cycle) on Aug 17th stating that the accounting dept was asked to re-issue a refund checkOn October 2nd I contacted Tamara White again stating it had been weeks and I still had no refund checkShe replied on October 3rd stating it was issued and mailed on 8/17/with a copy of the checkI replied to her and told her that was NOT our address and gave her the correct address and she NEVER replied to me againIf it had already been weeks and I didn't have the check they should have checked to see if it cleared the bank and stopped payment on it and re-issue
