I am responding to the customers concerns regarding the product they purchased from our companyAs always I listen and learn from any criticism no matter how harshHer first issue about the size being wrong is correctWhen we ordered the tile our supplier entered the product size wrongOur
supplier admitted to the mistake and payed over to rush the order in ASAPIt was in the middle of the week between Christmas and New Year and there was no way possible to get it in any sooner than the 4thThe main tile cam in then but the glass accent tile was not in yetAgain it was the week between Christmas and new year and it was hard to get things rushed at that timeWe paid for rush delivery and also hand delivered the tile to their home as soon as it came inAs in regards to the color of the tile, I was very clear about what this tile is and the amount of variationI even had pictures that showed the color variation and re-iterated it numerous times to make sure they were awareWe also had a week turn around on a quarts countertop which I thought was fantastic considering everyone else was at months +But I understand that wasn’t fast enoughThe home owner felt that there was an issue with the sink hole, So we came out the very day they called and remedied this concernI had a conversation with the husband on Monday January 25thconcerning every issue described in this complaintEverything is resolved and If there was anything I could have done differently I would haveI am proud of my employees and suppliers in how they stepped up and went above and beyond to try to please the customer and satisfy their concerns *** ***Hughes Kitchens and Bath

Hello, sorry I misplaced the info you gave me. While  I don't like the fact that it was said it was my idea to close this which it was not. I just saw a message posted, If in any way it was ever told to me that there was going to be a delay we would of gone elsewhere. We were very specific on our time frame of Dec 26th. Because of all the delays and mistakes on their part our bathroom did not get finished until Jan 20th. How do the feel about not having access for that long. The glass was not ordered I was present when he said what do you mean it wasn't on the dock and found out it was another mistake. My biggest upset is the countertop and the incompetent company he uses that is a very poor representation of his business.  I feel because we complained over a terrible job and error the countertop people totally abused and tried to damage my $335 vessel sink and faucet that they took with them which was packaged and wrapped  it was unpackaged and unwrapped and on the dashboard of their truck. If I had seen it instead of the contractor I would not of allowed them in and sued. If he continues to use these people the next time which there will be a problem I hope they don't remove a complaint. We did receive a $500 refund I am somewhat sastified   only because of the way  other than the owner no one ever apologized and down played everything and the indignant way the subcontractor countertop people acted and treated our property for their huge mistake.  Since we will never ever use his company or recommended to anyone I will close it.  [redacted]
