May 19, 2014Dear [redacted],We received your letter dated May 16, 2014 regarding one of our customers, [redacted]. The insured requested that his general liability policy be cancelled effective 12/13/2013. The insured signed the cancellation request form dated 12/23/2013. We...
processed this request with the insurance company immediately. The insurance company processed the refund 24/2014. The credit showed up on our agency billing statement in March 2014. Our agency does our invoicing on a monthly basis. We issued a refund check for 53.56 to the insurance on May 15, 2014. Please see enclosed copy.We have been in business for 34 years and never we have had a complaint to any consumer protection Agency before. Please note that this issue has been resolved with the customer and should not have any further issues.Thank you for your time in this matter.Sincerely,
Review: On 12/13/2013 I cancelled my insurance policy with Becker Insurance Agency Inc. in [redacted] PA and was told I would be receiving a $53 refund. I called the agency in Feb. and was told it was being processed. In March I was told any day now. April the check was going out. Today, May 15 2014, it is being processed. I have waited long enough.Desired Settlement: pay what is owed to me
