The big issue was when they cut thru a wire in my house then hired an electrician to repair it who instead of running the wire from the light to the box put 2 junction boxes in that stuck 2 inches below the ceiling. Also they did not fix the leak that they were hired to repair. When I asked them to come back they told me I would be charged more money so I went with a different plumber [redacted] The new plumber told me the connector that was used was the wrong one and he replaced thus the leak stopped. I had to hire my own electrician to fix the issue they created. [redacted]. When I discussed this with the owner he did not bend. [redacted]Desired SettlementWell I paid another plumber $180 to fix the leak that they used the wrong connector on (their answer was to cut more of the copper instead of replacing the wrong conector) and I paid my electrician $500 to fix the wiring that they cut and had some guy repair. I don't even think there was a permit. If I could get this money back it would be great. [redacted]
