Becker Plumbing

Review: I called Becker Plumbing to fix a sewage smell in the bathroom. They came out and said a trap needed to be put in the shower, but needed to cut a hole to get to it. They put in a trap, the smell is still there and the hole is still there. I called and said the smell was not gone, they came out again and poured bleach down the drains and left (less than 5 minutes in the house). The smell and the hole are still there, yet they say it is fixed. I have told them what to do to make the smell happen as it is not all the time, and they did not do it. They were the ones who made the hole, yet they are not going to fix it. They gave me a name of a handy man who will charge me to repair the hole. They charged for two visits, yet the problem is not fixed and now there is a hole that also hasn't been fixed. Do not use these guys!!!Desired Settlement: I don't want anything from Becker Plumbing...they have proven to not be worth it. I want people to know that they don't fix things and leave holes they make un-repaired.
