Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below BECKER RODMAN & ASSOCIATES LLC From Kent County DE has been referred to the state for practicing with a Denied Commercial Collection License Has provided a illegitamate contract based on its Expired Dates , Non matching Invoices and Illegitimate proof Agency [redacted] We have copies of voice mails, phone calls, and emails verifying claims, Verifying Florida State statutes not followed, Verifying attempted Defamation of Character evidenced, And again present the same of above and more They feel that the only way they should honor Cease and Desist demands is by legal A cease and deist is Valid no matter who writes it What they say is not TRUE and I can prove it! How can anyone trust them when they flat out fail to present the state of Florida for practicing with a Denied Commercial Collection License is Valid These are public records They will even lie to us both after being denied in the past There bill collector (real or not) has a record of judgments against them (I have real verifiable proof) They Clearly have been told to cease and still want to challenge state statues I again ask for a valid contract or for them to stop Voided contracts are not great evidence for a judge to review Defamation of and misleading statements are real and can be provided to the Revdex.com if needed for you to see and hear the truths Have them send you a valid contact I still have not seen one!

StateSo anyone with common sense would know there must be a mistakeBesides that we are licensed & bonded in state of Delaware and also bonded in the state of FloridaSo I will say thanks to *** *** because had you not pointed out my license was expired I wouldn't of found outSince then all paper work has been submitted to the state of Florida for the licenseBut I reiterate we are listed with the Secretary of State in FloridaThis whole situation started when My client called me and asked me to process a check as he wasn't being paid by Metropolitan Associates LLC (*** ***)and the only reason he wasn't being paid was because Metropolitan Associates LLC told our client he can only pay a corporationThis is one of the worst excuses I have ever heard to not pay your billWell nevertheless I didn't feel comfortable doing thisAlthough my client was frantic in trying to get paid so he had asked someone else to do itSo what had happen was Metropolitan Associates LLC never gave my client or his associate the check of what was owedThen he placed it with my office and we began to collect on his accountHe (the debtor) had asked us to cease and desist and he can't do that as this isn't consumer debtNow if he had an attorney and his attorney told us not to contact him then we wouldn't and we would work with the attorney.We did ask him for his Attorney information but all he wanted to do is to play gamesWe provided him with all the documentation (contract) that he had signed with our client along with the invoiceWe have given him valid proof of the debtHe is just trying to not pay the debtActually his LLC is administratively dissolved and he did business with my client as a sole proprietor under Metropolitan Associates LLCWe have never had any complaints until nowTo me this complaint is invalid because Metropolitan Associates LLC isn't telling the truthWe don't use extortion tactics and we certainly aren't an Algerian Scam as he is trying to stateTo me these are all excuses and reasons for him not to pay the billWe will handle this situation the way it needs to be and it will be legal and legitimate as alwaysLisa Vaillancourt is listed as the main Officer for the Company so we will direct all contact and service through her directlyWe just happen to have a human error in the licensingThat's why they make erasers on pencilsSincerely, *** *** *** *** * ***

We have ceased and desist since we found out our license has expired. I will say that there is third party disclosure committed by [redacted]. There are emails with the client and [redacted] regarding the validity of the claim. [redacted] did business with client under Metropolitan Associates Rec LLC and the LLC is disolved so that means he did business with him as a Sole Proprietor. When it comes to business debt unless we are told by an attorney to cease and desist we can keep trying to collect. If this were consumer debt then it would be different and we would have to stop. But it was business. [redacted] has been provided all proof of the claim and just wants to keep denying to try to get out of paying the debt. If he had paid the bill to the client in the first place we wouldn't have been involved.

Review: This company is practicing in the state of Florida from DE where they call from and is not a valid entity with the state of Florida office of financial License, I have voice mail where they have left stating they are real and the have threatened with all kinds of calls make a press release that is fraud and defamation of clients. They have been asked to cease and desist and they to not respect that. The only evidence that they provide is an expired contract. They apparently feel they are above the law. They use extortion tactics that are not valid. We believe this at this time to be some type of Algerian scam. We are at a lost why they would make such claims and statements. We hope the state of Delaware will clean up there act and the Revdex.com will get in touch with the agencies that regulate this type of service in your state or if they could please provide.
