Review: ** (owner) made verbal AND WRITTEN promise to fix the ball joints and tie rods on the Silver Ranger I bought. First he had me come in for no reason- never intended to fix it on that trip. This happened twice. When he was finally (pretending) to be cooperative he made the scheduling of the service impossible to a working person. I ended up having to pay to have the repair done. I want others to know about his shady dealings, don't trust a thing he says (or puts in writing)!!Desired Settlement: cost of repair work was $900, also want apology for the difficulties.

she had the truck ck out at another shop then she took truck to another shop and stated there was nothing wrong with ball joints ,then we looked at truck they were good she insisted we fix so we said bring it in she missed her app, then she brought the truck in when our mechanic was not here we said bring in that following thur she never did
