Beckham's B&M Bar-B-Q, Inc.

On September 3, 2012, I purchased a Barbecue dinner from the B& M store located on Lee Road in Cleveland, Ohio. My true purchase amount was 15 dollars and some cents. However, I was charged the 15 dollars plus an additional $30.50. I told the clerk that a mistake was made and asked her to credit the $30.50 back into my Visa account, this never happened. I immediately called a number of the management and complained about this transaction. I was assured that management would contact me within 24 hours, this did not happen. I called the "management" for a week. I since replaced my debit card. I was told by B&M Barbecue now (February 11, 2013) that in order for them to return my money, I would have to produce a picture of my old debit card. My bank is filing a dispute against B&M Barbecue. I highly suggest that consumers check debit card purchases carefully, as this can happen to anyone.
