At Beckley Auto Mall, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. In regards to *** ***s concerns regarding her vehicle. We have placed her in a loaner vehicle to drive while we have been diagnosing her concerns. After speaking with *** ***, our service manager,
*** *** has agreed to repair the vehicle under the coverage of her service contract. Also, we contacted our local Chrysler/Dodge dealership, and the cost of a key and touch up paint is $300.00. We would like to propose a check be cut by our dealership to [redacted] for $750.00 to cover the cost of adding aftermarket Bluetooth to her vehicle, plus even though it was not added in the deal, the cost of havingan additional key made, and touch up paint for any inconvenience she has incurred.At Beckley Auto Mall, we truly value all of our customers. At Beckley Buick-GMC Auto Mall, customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  In response to Mr. [redacted]'s concern, we have been able to talk to all of the parties involved, Joe A[redacted], the General Manager, Andy K[redacted], the technician, and Chuck B[redacted], the Salesperson. We apologize that...

the prior diagnosis by General Motors has been unable to correct Mr. [redacted]'s issue, and we understand that his time is valuable, and appreciate his patience as we work to find a solution. After speaking with everyone, we would ask that Mr. [redacted] stop back in to the dealership to work with one of our Certified Technology Product Specialists to diagnose what exactly the issue is with the iphone playback.  If Mr. [redacted] wants to come by, or call in and ask for Teresa C**, we can make sure that we set aside the time it takes to work with Mr. [redacted] to reach a resolution to his concern.
