Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Ok not sure how to respond to [redacted] s response but here goes[redacted] is clearly lost his mind.his response does not mention anything that I wrote in my last responseExcept some fabricated version about wrecker service So I will explain it with more detail when I called Becks the very first time I am assuming it was his wife that answered I asked her if she could have a wrecker to come pick up the vechical now his shop is in Arlington I live in Corinth The wrecker showed up in less than an hour scooped up my truck and was gone in under mins that’s the facts So when my vechical fell apart I called [redacted] all of a sudden he didn’t have a wrecker service go figureNow in regards to the statement that I have a subwoofer in my truck or boom box as [redacted] puts it What the heck has that got to do with the poor repair work he did on my motor And as I truthfully said in my last response *** had the vechical there in his shop for weeks or unless he is referring to the fact that he would not answer my calls for weeks either way the motor fell apart it wasn’t driven for weeks.U don’t have to be a rocket scientist to see that this guy is reaching out for any excuse he can think of I have great idea how about U start telling the truth Mr*** and refund me the money I spent on this Pitiful excuse of a rebuilt motor really my paper work clearly states in [redacted] own hand writing miles or months parts and labor warranty nowhere does it say that [redacted] reserves the right to make up any fabricated story that voids warrantyHow can u even have a business when blatantly lie to your customers maybe u should take it down a couple of notches and just change oil And yes u r 100% liable for the replacement or refund u crookPs I also took the liberty of having a real automotive technician look at the motor and he clearly spotted out what had happened the crank moved forwards and backwards thus destroying the bearings not because a new transmission was put in it not because I have a sub woofer not because of some black box not because of wrecker service not because weeks of this and that not because of anything I did it was because that [redacted] Beck put in the incorrect bearings and if I need to have a certified letter from auto tek stating this Then consider it done [redacted] told me it was gonna be a waste of my time contacting the Revdex.com or sueing him I was that close to just taking my loses but thanks to some of those assnine comments he has made I’m gonna pursue this till I get my money back u crook Regards, [redacted]

To: Revdex.com Mr. [redacted] called Beck's and said his eng. was make a noise. I told him to have his truck brought back to me. Then I did not hear from Mr. [redacted] for 30 days. Was he driving the truck anyways? I don't know but when Beck's got the truck and remove the eng. and the eng apart I believe...

he did drive. The eng had three different brgs. (bearings) out. The trust brg was bad, the main brg was bad a rod brg was bad. These Brgs do not go out at the same time. I told Mr. [redacted] I could I could not warranty the eng because he drove the eng to long knowing and the eng was junk because the brg spun in the eng. could not be repaired.  [redacted]

To Revdex.comMr. [redacted] did call Becks and said his truck was make noise. I told [redacted] to get the truck to me because I han got all my cars & trucks repair and could ck it out as soon as it got here. Beck's has never had a wrecker. We use a wrecker service. Mr. [redacted] had some wrecker service tow the truck to Beck's himself (or his mother did) before we ever worked on the truck. After [redacted] (or his mother) it was 4 weeks after [redacted] said he could hear noise. This warranty work could had been fix at first but 4 weeks driving with noise there was to much damage done to engine. There was 3 different bearings damage. To be repair there was no engine to be repair. I never scream at any of my customers. Mr. [redacted] has a boom box with 12" speakers * a big booster, I guess he could not hear damage being done. Beck's is not liable for damage.  [redacted] Beck

I am rejecting this response because:Yes I called [redacted] and told him my vechical was making an ungodly noise [redacted] then said he was busy and he would call me back latter in the day. He didn’t and he would not answer my calls for another 2weeks. At that time he told me he had eye surgery and that’s why he didn’t answer my calls and he would have to review the black box before he could do anything. I asked him if he could send a wrecker to pick up my vechical he told me he didn’t have a wrecker service anymore. I then told him I’ll get it there in the next week. Another 6days pasted I maid enough money to get it towed there. The day after he received the vechical I called him. He said he was busy and call him back in a week. I did just that. He said he was still busy call back in another week. I did he said he was still busy and call him Back in a week. Finally after the third week. He said he pulled the motor out and it looked like I had a new transmission put in. I thought that was odd cause the transmission went out the first week I got my vechical back from becks. And he recommended his brother n law Bart’s transmission. Then he told me who ever put the new transmission put it in so hard that it moved the crank in the motor and that caused the engine blow up. And Bart’s transmission owed me a new motor. So I called Bart’s transmission and told him what I was was told from becks. He said he would get to bottom of what happened and call me back in couple of hours. He never did I called Bart’s the next day. BART said that [redacted] said I was a liar. And the he hung up on me. So called becks back. When [redacted] finally answered after 5 more days. He started screaming at me saying he was not going honor the warranty. Because he thinks he’s being taken advantage   of. However for another 3000.00 he would put another Motor in it. At this point all I could do was take a long walk and a cold beer. I told becks that I would have a wrecker there in couple of days to pick up the  vechical and to please have it outside for the wrecker. After a couple of days wrecker shows up [redacted] then takes all the part of the motor and throws them in the bed of the truck. Who in there right mind puts a motor block on top of a brand new radiator alternator and intake manifold. I’ll tell u who [redacted] of Becks automotive. This guy is a real class act. If your looking for overpriced and low quality loudmouth automotive repair experience. Then my friends Becks automotive is the place to go. Sent from my iPhone

in January of 2013 my 2004 kia Sorrento was leaking coolant fluid, I took car to Becks. they thought it was radiator so they replaced it ($436). with in 3 weeks my kia broke down an I had it towed back to there shop. it needed to have a radiator hose replaced (no charge due to over looking it. two weeks later it broke own on side of the road had it towed to becks again. needed a new crank shaft sensor, was advised to have timing belt done as well due to mileage. picked up kia on 2/5/2013 $769.65. middle of march was broke again, belts broke off I called and called after two weeks they picked it up and fixed belts. in beginning of June 2013 when I got kia back it was leaking oil. went in for broke belts again in fall was told oil leak was due to them not putting oil filter on tight. in the past year my car has been off the road for more than 4 months due to issues.I took my kia to my mom mechanic for oil leak and have receipt for $464.28 had to clean oil from entire engine leak was due to a a/c bolt being wrong one, to big and kept poking holes in filter.my car broke down again, the crank shaft sensor, timing belt and radiator have all been destroyed and need to be replaced due to using wrong bolts.I am keeping all parts put in by becks.so far it is costing me another $2600.I feel they need to pay to have the work redone.Desired Settlementa refund for all work I have to pay for due to there shabby work asap so I can finally use my car a year later.Business Response Mid-February the customer and her mother came to the shop to discuss this situation with me. they explained very clearly to me how things happened prior to today as I was unaware of this situation. I explained to the customer that the[redacted] would have liked to see the vehicle while at the shop who repaired it but customer explained she has all of the parts in the vehicle for him to see. He was unavailable when they came to the business but I was under the impression they were going to call me to set a time when they can meet with the owner directly to resolve this problem. I have spoken with the [redacted] and he is prepared to meet with the customer to come to a resolution. I left a message at the home number listed on the work order from the last repair shop on February 28th and received no response. I left a second message on the home number as well as the cell number (found on later paperwork) on March 14th. The customer returned my call and we have an appointment for her to bring the failed parts here on March 18th for the owner to see. I am looking forward to this concern being resolved as of that day.
