Beck's Sea Cove Inn

Review: My family dined there on Friday October 11th and had a horrendous dining experience. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Our service was atrocious. On a night when it wasn't even busy, the wait staff appeared confused when we arrived after placing reservations for six.We had to wait 15 minutes for a server to even offer us water. We waited another 20 minutes for drinks. Again, the bar wasn't busy and there were only a handful of customers since it was already 8:00 P.M. by this point.Our waitress (who wore a dirty t-shirt and sneakers) was extremely unprofessional. She would disappear for long periods of time.We finally received our food nearly 90 minutes later. We would have looked past the extremely horrendous service if the food was worth anywhere close to what they charged. We were charged 10 dollars for a lobster pizza that was obviously a frozen pizza that they bought at a grocery store. There was no lobster on it. My brother purchased a 25 seafood platter that had 3 small shrimp, 3 small scallops and a tiny lobster tail. My sister purchased shrimp ravioli for over 20 dollars which tasted "funny" and were undercooked. Everyone at the table said their side vegetables were undercooked. The French fries my wife and I received looked like 1/4 of a plate that were recycled from someone else's plate. The onion rings we ordered fell apart and were stuck together. During our wait, we witnessed someone at another table left after they "could not take it anymore after 45 minutes of waiting."The entire cost of the meal was $185 and not even worth 50 dollars when you consider the awful quality. I have had better food at firehalls.To add insult to injury, my wife woke up at 1:30 in the morning and became violently ill. It was clear that something she ate at this restaurant caused that.A the very least my family deserves an apology. I feel a refund is in order as well. Your organization needs to investigate this establishment. They do not deserve to be in business.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and my family be refunded.
