Blaine Beckstead has had my case since 2005. At that time I had 4 minor children involved in the car accident pertaining to this case. Whom are untitled to a settlement once they turn 18. 2 are now adults in which I made several phone calls and left several messages for Blaine to contact me regarding my children's settlement check. Several weeks later he returned my phone call and the now adult children received their check. Well here we go again with the same situation. My son turned 18 on January 11, 2020. I spoke with Blaine a few days prior and he stated that he was working from his home and he was leaving town but he would be back January 16, 2020 and he would contact me regarding my son's settlement check. As of February 10, 2020, I have called and left numerous messages for Blaine which he as yet to return my calls. Same exact thing he did with my first case.
Other (requires explanation) I would like Blaine to call me and tell me when I can bring my son to pick up his check. Also I have another minor child involved in this case whom wont be 18 until 2022. I prefer if myself or my son not deal with Blaine to get my son's check. He has provided horrible customer service.
