We offered to come re-clean the house for free, but MsHudes never got back to us for us to re-clean If she still has a problem with our work, please have her call us directly

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: I would never have E***, her partner or anyone from Shazzam Cleaning and Hauling come to my home again to do a job that could have been done well during their first scheduled time Please remember that she came late, did not do the job she promised, with the crew that was promised, she doubled her quote at the end, stole my cleaning supplies and other items including a bathtub stopper (why?!?!) and drank on the job as well She did about an hour's work in hours of a house that has square feet and was empty at the time E*** implied that she would return at least part of the money after I rejected her returning to my home, and then ignored my requests for following through with at least a partial refund Admit what you did, E***, correct it, or my next stop is your ad on Angie's List No reasonable person would have you return to their home after what you did there the first time You took advantage of me because I trusted you based on a recommendation and did not monitor you while you should have been cleaning No one should use you or your company to do business if this is your character

The place ripped me offI picked the $pedicureThey charged me a total of $for a basic shellac manicure with that pedicureWhy would my basic, shellac manicure on my natural nails cost $45? Why in the world would that cost more than a pedicure? I would have went to a spa or somewhere nice if I was going to pay thatI went here because all my places were booked and this place only charged me $for the last shellac manicure I got here in the summerShe said it’s because I got a different type of manicure, but I’ve been there before and got the same thingThere’s really not anything you can do more for a manicureEven so, why would a basic manicure cost more than a pedicure? This makes no senseI tried talking to the lady there and she did not care even when I said I paid $less months ago for the same service
